Delete your TalkyBuy account
You can request deletion of your TalkyBuy account and associated data in two ways:
Option 1 — In-app (fastest)
- Open the TalkyBuy app.
- Tap Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm in the dialog.
Option 2 — By email
Email [email protected] from the phone number or email associated with your account and include the phrase "Please delete my TalkyBuy account."
What gets deleted
- Your profile, phone number, requirement history, uploaded images, push tokens.
What we retain
- Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics that cannot identify you.
- Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. fraud, tax) for the statutory minimum.
Deletion is permanent and completes within 30 days of the request. You will receive a confirmation email once complete.
